Certification

Be ready to change and learn!  We are mad scientists in the kitchen - this will benefit you greatly pro chef or not.  We have devised a chef certification system to place 20 years of experience into your brain in 18 hours!  We are effective as we are creative!  The cost is $3,500.00.  Remember, we invented this food and no one has a real working kitchen with not only one dish being prepared but 30 dishes being prepared at all times.  You can do this in 3 six-hour sessions. The certification is held at Juliano's Planet Raw in Santa Monica, CA. You can select the days according to your schedule but we do require payment 2 weeks in advance to reserve your space.
